This policy explains what information SpeakSteady (getspeaksteady.com), run by Rutansh Duvedi, collects and how it is used.

What we collect

When you buy: purchases are processed by Gumroad. Gumroad collects your name, email address, country and payment details, and shares your name, email and order details with us so we can deliver your product and support you. We never see or store your full card details. See Gumroad's privacy policy.

When you visit this website: we use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. It may collect information such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, your browser and device, and your IP address, and Meta may use cookies to do this. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, and you can block cookies in your browser.

When you email us: we keep your email and message so we can reply.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the website.

How we use it

To deliver your purchase, send you emails related to your purchase and the 30-day challenge, answer your questions, process refunds, and improve our products and ads. We do not sell your personal information.

Emails

After buying, you may receive short emails to help you complete the challenge. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@getspeaksteady.com. We keep purchase records only as long as needed for support, refunds and legal or tax requirements.
