By buying or using The 30-Day Speaking Confidence Challenge ("the workbook"), you agree to these terms.

Your licence

When you buy the workbook, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, print and use it for yourself. Please don't share, resell, upload or distribute the files. Each copy is stamped with the buyer's details.

Payment

Payments are processed by Gumroad. Prices are shown in US dollars, and local taxes such as VAT or GST may be added at checkout depending on your country.

Refunds

Try the first 7 days of the challenge. If it didn't help, email hello@getspeaksteady.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll give you a full refund.

Not professional advice

The workbook is for personal development and education. It is not therapy, medical or psychological advice, and it does not replace help from a qualified professional. If anxiety is seriously affecting your daily life, please speak to a qualified professional. Results depend on your own practice, and we can't guarantee specific outcomes such as a job offer or promotion.

Third-party links

The workbook links to free videos and articles on other websites. We don't control that content and aren't responsible for it.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the workbook is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to new purchases.
